About Me.
Like many other executives and business owners, I've spent years working long hours in my own business as well as in corporate, thinking that things will get better. They never do. Why? I discovered that I never made my own wellbeing a priority and was waiting for others to tell me to stop. It never happens...until it's too late. Fatigue, stress, burnout. That road is a difficult one to be on, let alone turn back from. As an executive coach, I work with executives and small business owners to prioritise themselves first in an effective way so that they work better, feel better and be better, not just for themselves but for others around them that.
